How research allowances work
- Intelligence Runs
- Research usage is shared across your organization, not granted separately to each business. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month. Free's introductory run is lifetime and does not renew. Pro also has a rolling seven-day limit. Scheduled research consumes the applicable run allowance.
- Presence Scans
- Website-health and conversion analysis uses a separate allowance. Free includes 3 own-site scans and 3 competitor-comparison scans per UTC calendar month.
- Guest Preview
- The complimentary public introductory preview has a separate session-based allowance. It does not consume your organization's introductory lifetime Intelligence Run.
- Availability and evidence
- Research tools and scheduling depend on the features enabled for your organization. Results depend on publicly accessible evidence; competitor pricing or complete coverage may not be available. Configured schedules are not a guarantee of execution at a particular time. Custom organizational agreements may specify different allowances.
