We want you to be satisfied with Gap. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to change-of-mind refunds on your subscription purchase.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@innovide.io and we'll help you.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
